The staff here are really friendly and efficient. I had my test done in 5 minutes and received the results within 24 hours. The prices are reasonable too.

Came here one day before our flight, expecting to receive our antigen test results within 20 minutes as the website states. Staff was incredibly friendly and spoke good english, testing process only took about 30 minutes, however it is now 9 hours later and we still have not received any result. I give it one star simply because you did not provide the service that you said you would. You can have the friendliest staff, nicest laboratory, however if you are not following through with the stated service then you are completely useless to travelers in need of a result. I strongly advise that travelers in need of a fast test of any kind DO NOT come here, we took the quickest test that they had to offer, and still no result in the same day. Due to the lack of service from this laboratory, I will miss my flight as the Barcelona Airport Testing Center is fully booked. I recommend to travelers coming to Barcelona, to plan ahead of time for your test and find a place that can guarantee your result same day or your money back because for us, and it seems a lot of other people on this review, this place treats its patients as a complete joke and does not recognize the importance of the result or follow through with their promises. Definitely would not recommend.

Was a bit frightened seeing the reviews. Went there though and found the staff extremely friendly, especially the woman who drew my blood for a blood test. She made me feel really comfortable and calm and was very kind. Overall a very good experience

Wanted to leave a review since a lot of the negative ones don't seem accurate. I needed a Covid test for a flight the next day. I'd reserved an appointment for a "morning" test through Turo Park, and showed up around 8:45am on a Saturday. There were only a few people in line ahead of me, and people were tested as they arrived, whether they had an appointment or not. There were two people working at the front desk, and one spoke English fluently. The nurse who administered my test didn't, but that's no problem. The rapid test wasn't forceful either, it didn't feel like the nurse was trying to reach my brain with the swab. I think the entire experience took about 45 minutes, and although they don't email you when results are ready, I checked three hours later and the results were on their website. Everyone was very kind and professional. 5/5.

Strongly dissatisfied with the service in this laboratory. We were here this morning, they wanted to do PCR. We stood in line for two hours. Two hours ! In the cold, without information about why the collection process takes so long and paying almost 100 € for it! What kind of attitude to people it is ?! As a result, there was also one nurse who collected tests. But two administrators! Why? ! Focus on the more needed people who should work ! It's already 2022, it’s an European clinic. and the service is like in a third world country. Although no, for the same money in that counties we would have a first-class service. How can this be allowed? A shame. I understand that negligence in work is a characteristic feature throughout the country, but its a time to get things together already ! If you offer medical services, keep them at the appropriate level!
