This system is not transparent for your customers in the UK. There is an unnecessary box on your invoice section asking for a document number but gives no indication of what? After calling Madrid from the UK for 7 minutes for clarification my booking apparently lost my luggage addition but not the charge. So still charged extra £186.20 for 2 cases but NOT added to my flight details therefore I am expected to pay again! There is just the drop down box you select with charges but there is nowhere that confirms they have been added. Only the price expires and the new price you are charged is £186.20 more so you trust this is correct. Only on checking final summary you see you have paid the full price but no cases added. I would avoid booking with Zafiro package holidays in future due to this when the agent can not see a break down of what the customer has paid for each section and just says it's a flight price increase which it actually showed this as £42p per passenger. NOT £270.20 flight increase! AVOID AVOID!!! unless you wish to pay more for your holiday than they advertise once they have your payment details.
