After selecting the product, I inquired whether I could take the item home immediately. The sales assistant confirmed it was in stock but noted the item was heavy. When I asked for assistance or how to transport it to the checkout, she simply told me to "go find a trolley." After spending considerable time searching the store, it became clear that there were no trolleys available. It is unacceptable that a customer spending a significant amount of money is: Left to struggle with heavy, fragile appliances without staff assistance. Given dismissive directions to find equipment that the staff should have known was unavailable.

Don't use! Waited at home for two days for delivery of a fridge freezer. Still haven't managed to get my money back after 10 days. Customer service is appalling and they just tell lies. Going through my credit card company to get the money back.

The sales consultant deserve a raise, not going for max spend, but for what makes sense for the customer. Probably the best advice I have received in years! Prices are just as low as buying online and I know I got a good product and a good deal.

I bought brand new 55” Samsung tv in Samsung days promotion. After unboxing I saw that all of the screws on the bottom are corroded and with traces of someone putting them back with inadequate screwdriver ( some not even tighten all the way in) My first guess was that they sold reconditioned TV as new but as I don’t have time to go and bother myself with reclamation I decided to keep it as I have 3yrs extended warranty (paid 75€). I watched TV for 2h and started again next day , after 5min TV started to turn on and off display by itself and only sound with blurry white screen without picture. What kind of garbage are you selling to your clients as new products with price of 975€ ? This is unforgivable, if it’s possible to give you -10000 star rating it wouldn’t be enough. Please avoid buying anything in this shop to avoid risk of something like this happening to you.

Normally my experience at Media Markt varies between average and scary bad. This week visit has been excellent however thanks to the guys at @ Cash Converters. I noticed the Cash Converters desk where I could sell some of my old stuff. I spoke with the assistant Tommy who spoke perfect English and was very friendly and helpful. Within two days I had sold 120 of my used items to them for which I earned a store voucher credit to spend in Media Markt valid for ever. The whole experience was efficient, fair and very professional. It’s a great idea and excellent service. We will use it again very soon and I highly recommend it to my family and friends.
