iPad stopped working. Was 1st in the queue. Then waiting around 20min. Then lady almost laughed at my ipad 9, calling it retro, that we bought 3 years ago in Palma, maybe even in this store. Adviced that they don't do repairs and can offer newer version for 300+ version in exchange of my non working.. Time wasted.. 2 stars for English and chairs for waiting.

Worst customer service ever from an Apple Store! We wanted to buy an iPad pro and visited them. We were asked to scan a QR code and wait in queue. The scanner showed waiting period of 16 minutes and our number was 51. We kept standing there for more than 40 minutes and to our surprise people with 53,54 numbers were called. When we approached one of the salesman at that point he said what do you want to buy .. we have to check whether it’s there in the stock or not. Shouldn’t they have done it at first place? Disgusted we didn’t wait for them to check and waste more of our time, we left. We were supposed to be paying around €2000 and even then such arrogance. Not needed thanks a lot !

Slow, unhelpful, and on top of that, staff raising their voice to customers and arguing with them as if they were the store owners!. My iPhone had ran out of battery so had to buy a new cable, and after spending 25 mins in the cue (they only have about 4 staff members...) and clearly being the next in line, they called out someones else's name as I hadn´t scanned the QR code. When I explained that I was unable to do so because my phone was dead, they wanted to add me to the back of the line which by this time was about 5 people long!!.. as I blatantly refused, instead of using their common sense (which they obviously have none), she proceeded to argue with me and even raised her voice in defiance! Shameful! You are better off going to the Apple store in the Corte Ingles which is 5 minutes away, I know I will from now on.

Very disappointing experience. After entering the store, all employees were busy, so I waited at the service area. After 15 minutes, I asked an employee if anyone was available, only to be told (after another long wait) that I first needed to scan a QR code to join the queue, something no one explained earlier… The system then showed a 15-minute waiting time, but nothing happened during that period. Several employees were standing around without assisting customers. After about 30 minutes, I asked again and was told that many staff members were on lunch break. Overall, the store felt neither customer-focused nor sales-oriented. Very inefficient process and poor communication.

Adrian was a very helpful and quick in explaining and sharing all the information about the use of a new phone. I appreciate his resourceful approach and thank him for his excellent service.
