Extremely slow and frustrating experience. This Apple location is unbelievably slow. The service takes forever, especially in the evenings when there are always long lines. You’re forced to take a number, then watch as staff members help others out of order. There are clearly not enough employees, and the ones who are there seem overwhelmed and undertrained. I came in with several issues, and the technician couldn’t solve any of them — just kept saying everything was fine, even though the problems clearly weren’t fixed. The level of service is far below what you’d expect from an official Apple Store. Please hire more staff and properly train them — this place is nowhere near Apple’s usual standard.

I called here today with a friend who wanted his Apple phone checking. As you enter the shop, you'll see two QR codes. If you point your device at one of them, it will load a link. You then have several options to choose from. In our case, it was to have my friends Apple phone looked at. So I selected the relivent option, and it gave me awaiting position in the que and approximately how long it would take to be seen. It said we were 3rd in the que and a 40-minute wait. In reality, it was more like 15 minutes. The staff member we met was very polite and gave us his opinion and a price for the work instantly. Well done.
