We purchased a MacBook Air with a non-functional screen. The staff at the store refuses to speak English with us, even though we know they can. We left the MacBook Air there and have contacted them multiple times, but they keep cutting off the phone calls. Finally, they informed us that we need to wait 10 days for a response from Apple, but we are planning to travel soon. This shop is unreliable and provides the worst support. We strongly advise against buying any items, such as phones, Macs, or iPads, from this store.

Holidaying in Ibiza and dropped my phone which then got stuck on the black apple logo screen for days. Decided to seek out the Apple shop on the island and I’m so glad I did! The tech team managed to fix the phone within an hour and a half and all for only €36!! I was so impressed with this as Back home where we are from it would’ve taken them 7-10 days and easily £150. Top service and highly recommend these guys at the Apple Store Ibiza 🍏

Not sure why there are any bad reviews. Helpful, well informed, fluent English. Got me a new phone there and then, no problems. If I had one slight problem, I waited a long time to be served but, it was busy. Probably because it's the best Apple shop in Ibiza. Thanks for your help guys.
