This place is great for phone or computer repairs, but it's also a great place for other, more niche repairs like mine. I had a Game Boy Color that I'd bought a while back and it has a custom IPS screen that unfortunately recently stopped working. I initially called another store who said they wouldn't be able to repair it, but they recommended HG Cellular. It took a little while to diagnose the exact problem and to get the new part to arrive, but their work and customer service are fantastic and I'd definitely go to them again for other electronics repair needs.

Travis helped fix my son’s PlayStation today. He only charged me $40, he cleaned it and ended up swapping a connector that was not in the scope of work. Asked how much I owed him and he said he had allot of those laying around and didn’t charge me for it. Great guy and very honest business! Highly recommended!!

Second time I have used these guys and they are a lifesaver. My son is hard on his gaming handhelds and they have fixed two different ones instead of me having to buy another. Was referred to them initially by another electronics repair shop who couldn’t fix our system. Really nice, professional and gets it done.

Tech shop, but somehow half the store is filled with Pokémon cards? It honestly feels more like a reseller/scalper spot than an actual tech store. Prices are at full market value (no deals at all), so there’s really no incentive to buy local. I also bought a White Flare binder collection and the binder was cracked right out of the box. Pretty disappointing, especially paying market price. On top of that, while I was at Walmart, I overheard other customers complaining that this store frequently buys out Pokémon restocks. I can’t confirm that myself, but hearing that definitely didn’t leave a great impression. Overall, not the experience I expected from a tech shop.

I love HG Cellular! They always have a wide variety of packs available. A ton of cool Pokemon product. Very convenient location on sunset in Springdale
