I want to acknowledge the excellent work that Akels did on my floors. Vincent was fantastic to work with! He was patient, responsive, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for flooring options. The two young men who installed our floors did an outstanding job—truly perfection! I am very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. I highly recommend Akels Carpet One!

From the time I walked into the store coming out to my home himself and bringing an extra sample lol he must have lots of patience special dealing with a woman and giving her different choices. until the three months it took me to decide if I was going to go with Carpet One Vincent continue to sell me customer service. He checked on me every other week without fail. Tone never changing Ms. Briscoe this is Vincent checking to see how you made a decision yet. Until the day I said yes Vincent, I’m going with you guys. He responded great glad to hear it. When I tell you everything went nice and smooth he told me approximately 3 days and I think he just told me that so I’ll be excited. because it only took them two days the crew that works for him did a great job had timely manner and cleaned up behind themselves. Great customer service! (Particularly as compared with Carpet Barn who took days to a couple of weeks to return a call/email until I told them to forget it!) Although there was an install delay, it was a shipment issue and not an Akels issue. Best of all, the result exceeded expectations: truly plush-feeling carpet/padding after great installation. Would not hesitate to go with Akels again.

I’m so pleased with the floors I purchased and the customer service. When we received our materials, the boxes of flooring were in great shape with no damage. They have a great variety to choose from and Michelle was very good at helping me choose.
