Mobile X Repair

When I dropped my phone on Monday and the screen went black, it couldn't have been worse timing with everything else I have going on in life right now. I remembered Mobile X Repair from a previous cell phone repair a few years ago and the quality of the customer service always stuck with me so it was the first number I called. I have an older model of phone that I prefer to the newer models and I got lucky that Mobile X Repair actually happened to have a new screen already in stock for me. And even luckier that this repair shop is open later than all the other cell phone repair shops around town. By the time I made it to the store it was almost an hour before closing time. It was very clearly explained to me what would need to be repaired and how much it would cost upon pickup. I was ecstatic to find out that it might even be repaired in time for me to pick up before closing time so I happily agreed to the repair and when it was done, I received a call and was in fact able to pick up my phone that same night before closing. Amazing. What other shop would have this fast of service? Before I paid, all features on the repaired phone were checked to make sure they were working properly -speakers, camera, phone calls, etc. Everything perfect. Friendly, efficient, outstanding customer service. I cannot recommend enough. 10/10

It was the day before my 38th birthday and my phone screen protector cracked and my battery was at service level for my iPhone. I was having such a terrible day. In the morning, I was trying to find a phone repair shop but every other shop was trying to charge me twice the amount that I wanted. Mobile X was the only one who, not only called me back to tell me the great news that they can repair it for the price that I wanted, but also repaired it super fast. The gentleman, Mike, was extremely and impressively knowledgeable about phones and electronics in general. He walked me through the entire process of the repair. He was extremely patient with me and even helped me with other phone accessories and questions. Incredible place with incredible employees

These guys are the GOAT! Brought my PS5 here for a cleaning and a repair late in the day and not only were they able to get my system back in great condition I got it back same day! Even gave some tips on how to give my console more longevity. They are the best with great customer service!

Mike was very kind and friendly throughout the process, and I appreciated him taking the time to explain the condition of the device and answer my questions. I do want to make other customers aware that with water-damaged devices, there may automatically be a cleaning/labor fee if the device is opened for inspection. Mike did mention this was a possibility when I dropped it off, but I personally did not clearly understand that in my situation — since we already knew there was water damage — opening the device to inspect it was going to automatically incur that fee, even before agreeing to move forward with repairs. I originally believed the “free evaluation” meant the device would be looked at and I would receive an estimate before any billable work was performed. From my understanding afterward, the free evaluation is more the estimate/quote itself before moving forward with them taking it apart, but opening and inspecting a water-damaged device may still result in a charge. I don’t believe there was any bad intent at all, and Mike was professional and pleasant to work with. I just think this policy would benefit from being provided very clearly in writing upfront so customers fully understand that there may be a charge simply for opening and inspecting a water-damaged device, even if they have not yet approved repair work, because they have to clean it in order to further evaluate. Overall, I wanted to share my experience so others know what to expect.

Great guys to work with and very personable. Very transparent and easy to work with had the repair done next day since he had to order parts for it. Ended up not being my screen and came out cheaper. Which I feel that most places would have just sold it to you as a bad screen and charged you full price for the repair! I will be bring all my things to them in the future because I couldn't recommend them enough!

I have nothing but praise for Mobile X!! They are friendly, very communicative and have reasonable prices. I took my son’s Xbox to get the HDMI port fixed and he had it ready within a few hours. Thank you again!

Was totally happy with the experience. Mike went above and beyond what I would have expected to explain to us what happened with our laptop. So glad we found an honest person to help with electronics. He also is reasonable with what he charges.
