I had a fantastic experience with Nick and Zach at the N. Tatum location. I had what I thought was a unique problem and was not sure if someone would be able to help me quickly resolve my issue. I was having what is called ghost touches on my phone. My job requires MFA and a lot of off-hours support. With my screen issue I was unable to perform my Job. When I talked to Nick and Zach they were able to come up with a very ingenious solution that ended up working extremely well. This place has very intelligent staff and the price of the solution was very reasonable. THANKS Nick and Zach.

Joseph is outstanding at his work and delivers excellent customer service. Update: I recently returned for a repair on my iPhone back glass, as the glass had cracked. They gave me a reasonable quote, which I accepted. After the repair was finished and I came to pick up my phone, I noticed it wasn’t holding a charge. I went back the following day to inform them. Upon inspection, they acknowledged that during the back glass repair, a minor micro-damage occurred to the connector linking the motherboard to the battery. They offered me the choice to have it fixed free of charge or to apply that amount toward a new phone. I opted for the latter and bought a new phone from them, which turned out to be a fantastic deal. I truly value their honesty and commitment to making things right—qualities that are rare nowadays. I highly recommend this repair shop for its integrity, honesty, and excellent customer service. That said, I’ve learned my lesson about taking my iPhone for repairs anywhere other than the Apple Store. It’s not the repair shop’s fault, but I realize that Apple makes it nearly impossible for anyone besides themselves to provide repairs using OEM parts and their unique proprietary repair methods that other shops can’t replicate. From now on, I’ll only bring my phone to the Apple Store for any repairs. However, if you have a different device like an Android, I would recommend this local small business.
