Gone here for several obliterated phones that have been restored to perfect working order. This most recent time was different. Gary went above and beyond restoring my super uncommon electronic item (Steam Deck OLED) to working condition. Came in for a simple screen swap (cracked screen), which, unbeknownst to me, wasn't the only issue, to Gary's nightmarish discovery. The Steam Deck also had it's entire metal/plastic frame bent out of shape along the top and bottom. What was once a simple screen swap turned into so much more. Gary (THE legend 27) had to take the entire Steam Deck apart in order to get the shape into it's proper spot. After having to do much more labor than a simple screen swap, he called me that day to let me know it was ready. There was no extra price charge despite the extra effort needed. Needless to say, I will be back with all my shattered electronics, and hardware blown to smithereens because they genuinely care and will go above and beyond to restore your products to their original identity. Baldurs Gate 3 and Overwatch 2 is now able to be played on the go again, all the for the same price of a simple screen swap. Outstanding work, very affordable, very spectacular, very Gary. I had an issue with my iPod I went to Apple store in Las Vegas and they told me it could not be done I went to reconnection in bullhead City Arizona they was able to do what I asked them to do I still had a few issues after that with it and I went back three different times and they fixed the issues completely they did not charge me anything extra for all that extra work they did they are outstanding and very well trained personnel there was all kind and very courteous they treated me like I was really important and they went over and beyond out of their way to make sure that everything was okay with me I would highly recommend them to anybody that I know that has issues with anything in this area I wish more businesses in this area was outstanding like they are I can't say enough good things about these people in this store the whole staff is just absolutely fantastic thank you very much

Gary worked through my senior moments professionally. I was treated with dignity and respect. I feel like a "Valued Customer". I recommend the whole crew to seniors as I witnessed similar problem solving with the same dignity and respect.

It's always a pleasure working with these people, this time I was working with Shawn with a concern with my laptop fan I was estimated a week and a few days for the repairs and waiting for a part, and I got to pick it up earlier than expected amazing.

Gary was extremely helpful, he and his team easily repaired and replaced my iPhone 17 Pro screen. 10/10 👍
